US Congress HR Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to collect and expend donated funds and expend appropriated funds for the operation and maintenance of a visitor center to be constructed with private funds on lands located outside the boundary of the Rocky Mountain National Park Colorado for visitors to and for administration of the Park.
